We didn't know Corinne very well, but we talked with her at the Senior Center. She always enjoyed it when George played guitar there, and was one of the enthusiastic clappers. Since Monica is a crocheter, we sometimes compared notes on projects. We will miss seeing her there, but she will be in our prayers.

The Algoma Sweater Makers are very grateful for the generous donation of yarn and sweaters that Corrine Stiehl gave to them on September 25, 2017, and for the children’s sweaters that she sent to them before that. Her generosity has provided warm sweaters to children all around the world.

We grew up basically around the corner from each other..she on Joliet, me on Maple. Had many years of good times. Then in the past few years when we each returned to SB,reconnected and spent many an hour enjoying our renewed friendship especially as we traveled to and from the Senior Center. You will be missed old friend. May you rest in peace.

Grew up with Corrine at St. Peters, Sunday school, confirmation, and high school.
