Nancy Mae Freeman

     Nancy Mae Freeman, 71, Egg Harbor, passed away late Thursday night, May 26, 2016 at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay.

     She was born July 27, 1944 in De Pere, the daughter of Norman Godfrey Bardouche and Marie G. (Hendricks) Bardouche. On April 20, 1979, Nancy was united in marriage to Kiddford “Kip” Martin Freeman in Green Bay. They shared over 32 years of marriage.

     Nancy worked as a waitress at the White Gull Inn in Fish Creek and at the Inn at Cedar Crossing in Sturgeon Bay.

     She is survived by her son, Randy (Chrystal) VanGheem of Sturgeon Bay; daughter, Samantha (Matt) Strelow of Kenosha; five grandchildren and friends.

     Nancy was preceded in death by her parents; and husband.

     A memorial service honoring Nancy’s life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 5, 2016 at Huehns Funeral Home in Sturgeon Bay.

     Visitation for family and friends will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service on Sunday at the funeral home.
