Steve loved gardening and collecting.  He was a kind, loving person who could start a conversation with just about anyone. Steve was an outdoorsman who loved to fish, collect treasures, and drink old-fashioneds with friends.

Steve will be missed by his loving wife of 43 years, Teri Madden; daughters, Colleen (Jijesh Devan) Madden of Toronto, Canada and Tanya (Jacob) Kinsella of Omaha, Nebraska; grandchildren, Arun and Leela Devan and Delia and Fiona Kinsella; siblings, Bill (Barbara) Madden, Sheila (Karl) Ballestad, Mike (Barbie) Madden, and Pat (Joanne) Madden; father-in-law, Leonard Grajek; siblings-in-law, Daniel Grajek, Jayne Jaskolski, and Melissa (David) Peil; and several nieces, nephews, in-laws, friends, and other relatives.
