Randall "Randy" Delsart Obituary

Randall "Randy" John Delsart, 63, of Sturgeon Bay, passed away in the comfort of his home in May of 2026.

He was born November 4, 1962 in Sturgeon Bay, one of 17 children born to Raymond and Ellen Alice (Rex) Delsart. Randy grew up attending St. John Ev. Lutheran Church in Valmy where he was confirmed. He graduated from Sevastopol High School with the class of 1980.

Randy initially worked in the shipyard at Bay Shipbuilding Co. in Sturgeon Bay. As a diesel mechanic, he was employed with the former Moeller's Garage in Sturgeon Bay, then worked for trucking companies in Green Bay, before his health prevented him from working.

Randy was an avid Wisconsin sports fan of the Milwaukee Brewers, Green Bay Packers, and Milwaukee Bucks. Over the years, he enjoyed attending barn dances and playing pool. Randy liked listening to music, usually Bruce Springsteen.

He will be missed by his siblings; Carol Grimstad of Abbeville, SC, Sally Kostka of Sturgeon Bay, Nancy (Thomas Tice) Delsart of the Town of Sevastopol, Roger Delsart of the Town of Sevastopol, Patti Delsart (Robert Florence) of Sturgeon Bay, Jill (Mark) Cote of the Town of Sevastopol, Sharon Moellendorf of Sturgeon Bay, Todd (Zifeng Deng) Delsart of the Town of Nasewaupee, Joan Delsart of Sturgeon Bay, and Tammy (Dr. Manjit) Sahota of Shingle Springs, CA; siblings-in-law, Gregory Bojko of the Town of Forestville and Nancy Delsart of the Town of Egg Harbor; nieces and nephews; and other relatives.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Glen Delsart, (twins) Tina and Tracey Delsart, Jeffrey Delsart, Dennis Delsart and Dianne Bojko; siblings-in-law, Eugene Grimstad, William Kostka, Jr., and Dr. J. G. Moellendorf; niece, Kandy Kostka; and other relatives.

A private memorial service will be held at Huehns Funeral Home in Sturgeon Bay.

Randy will be laid to rest in St. John Ev. Lutheran Cemetery in Valmy, beside his family.
