John D. Kinney

     John D. Kinney, a beloved husband, father, friend, and man of enduring passions passed away on January 13, 2025. John was surrounded by his family, as the full moon rose, and deer crossed the yard.
     John is survived by his wife of 47 years, Teresa Kinney; and his "darling daughters," Devon Kinney (Sean True) and Morgan Kinney (Jack McCarthy).
     An avid boater and sailor, John found joy and freedom on the water. He was a proud Green Bay Packers fan and a precise grill master, sharing countless meals and memories with family and friends. John enjoyed nothing more than watching wildlife and hummingbirds from the porch at the Farm in Door County.
     In accordance with his wishes, John's ashes will be scattered on the lake. The family encourages you to honor John by enjoying a glass of champagne near the water.
