Eunice Mae Londo, 87 years, of the Town of Sevastopol, passed away Saturday, February 13, 2021 at her home surrounded by family.

Eunice taught school in the one room May School near Sturgeon Bay for a few years and retired from teaching in 1968. On June 30, 1956 she married Melvin L. Londo at St. John the Baptist in Egg Harbor. He preceded her in death on July 28, 2002. Together they farmed the Londo farm on Highway. 42 in the Town of Sevastopol.

Eunice’s family was the most important thing in her life along with her faith. She enjoyed solving crossword puzzles and playing cards. Eunice had enjoyed working at Gordon’s Lodge until she was 71 years old and wished she had kept on working there.

Survivors include her two daughters, Diane (Mike) Tipler of Sturgeon Bay, Linda (Ken) Wautier of Brussels; three sons, Joe (Sheary) Londo of Sturgeon Bay, John Londo, Dave Londo; 16 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and one on the way; three siblings, Kathleen Kaye, Sr. Ann Margaret Carmody, Frank (Sue) Carmody; brother-in-laws, Bernie Simonar and Lawrence Simonar and their families; and many dear nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband; granddaughter, Angel; grandson, Daan; daughter-in-law, Dori Londo; infant sister, Barb; and three brothers, Bob, Bill, Mike; one sister, Joan Peterson; and in-laws.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 noon Thursday, February 18, 2021 at S.S. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Institute with her nephew, Fr. Matt Simonar officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.

Friends may call at the church on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at noon.
