Obituary
Barbara “Babs” Ann Nastos, 73, of Baileys Harbor, passed away early Friday morning, May 20, 2022 at Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay.
She was born May 18, 1949 the daughter of Dr. Warren John Klopsch and Gloria Marie (Schneider) Klopsch in Illinois.
In 1989, Babs moved to Door County, WI with her son, Evan John Nastos. She became familiar with the area in her youth when on summer vacations with her family.
Babs loved writing poetry, reading, and walks along the water, up until her health no longer allowed her to. Family and the company of friends were important to her. Babs loved conversations and always had the ears and time to listen.
She will be missed deeply by her son, Evan; as well as her family; Evan’s dad, John; her friends; and her cat, Layla.
A sweet, kind, and cool lady, Babs will be forever remembered.
