Barbara Ann (Brandt) Jeanquart, 86, passed away October 18, 2025 at her home at Aspire Oshkosh from natural causes.
She was born January 30, 1939 to Wesley and Clara Brandt. Barbara married Wilfred Jeanquart.
Amidst the many accomplishments of Barbara’s, life was working with her parents at Brandt’s Peninsula Fish Market. People would stop in and watch her fillet perch, as she was an expert at it. Barbara was a great baker and loved to share with her church, family, and friends. She was a wonderful crafter and would gift items to many. Together, Barbara and her husband owned and operated Black Derby Antiques for many years. She also worked at Metal Products of Sturgeon Bay. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
Barbara is survived by her son, Jeff Jeanquart; grandson, Jason (Jen) Jeanquart; great-granddaughter, Brooklyn Jeanquart; sister, Janet Jeanquart; sister-in-law, Marie (Gregg) Sekela; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Barbara will be laid to rest in Bayside Cemetery in Sturgeon Bay beside her husband, Wilfred.
