Marsha Christine Willame, 43, of Sturgeon Bay, passed away suddenly Tuesday afternoon, January 14, 2020 at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay with family at her side, following a recent illness.
She was born July 18, 1976 at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay, the daughter of Mark William Willame and Debra Ann (Derginer) Willame. After attending Green Bay East High School, Marsha moved to Colorado. There, she worked in customer service at various retail stores and shops. Marsha returned home to Wisconsin in October of 2019 to live in Sturgeon Bay where her mother and (Marsha’s) friend from earlier in life, Todd, were living. Marsha and Todd reconnected and were recently engaged.
Marsha certainly danced through life to the beat of her own drum. She loved singing and dancing and all kinds of music. She enjoyed socializing with friends and family. Marsha was an excellent cook and always had a way of putting her own spin on a recipe. She also liked hiking.
Marsha will live on in the hearts of her mother, Debra (Roger Scrattish) Kuss of Sturgeon Bay and stepfather, Greg Kuss of Denmark; fiancé, Todd Smith of Sturgeon Bay; brother, Kent Kuss of Manitowoc; and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Marsha’s life will be celebrated by her family in spring of 2020 – date to be determined.
Huehns Funeral Home, Inc. & Door County Crematory LLC in Sturgeon Bay are assisting the family. Expressions of sympathy, memories, and photos of Marsha may be shared with her family through her tribute page at www.huehnsfuneralhome.com.
