Deborah J. Rezachek

     Debbie J. Rezachek, 60, of Sturgeon Bay, passed away October 4, 2019, at the Pete and Jelaine Horton Skilled Nursing and Hospice Care Center with her family by her side after a lengthy battle with cancer.

     She was born June 26, 1959, in Aurora, IL, the daughter of William and Alberta (Herbert) Trojanowski. On May 25, 2004, she married Dan Rezachek in Sturgeon Bay. Debbie worked for Bay Pharmacy for 23 years until its closing and also managed Claire’s Accessories.

     Debbie loved gardening in her yard and hosting holidays for her family where she would organize the funniest and most complicated game of charades you could imagine. She was a beautiful, caring, and strong woman who truly loved and appreciated her family. Debbie was an amazing grandma, wife, sister, and mother.

     She will be missed by her husband, Dan; six children, Misty (Nick) Tautges of Minnetonka, MN, Melissa Laxo of Sturgeon Bay, Linda (Jesse) Pester of Neenah, Lisa (Dustin) Schroepfer of Green Bay, Jimmy Panek of Milwaukee, and Mike (Sally) Iwamoto of Sturgeon Bay; two step-children, Ann Rezachek of Manitowoc and Danielle Rezachek of Manitowoc; ten grandchildren; two sisters, Gail Joyce and Annette Trojanowski, both of Chicago, IL; and her mother, Alberta Trojanowski of Chicago, IL.

     Debbie was preceded in death by her father.

     Her family will hold a private celebration of life.
