Ronald Lester Willman, 79, of the Town of Clay Banks passed away on Saturday, November 28, 2020 at the Door County Medical Center in Sturgeon Bay.
He was born July 31, 1941 in Sturgeon Bay, son of the late Lester and Fay Violet (Walker) Willman. He graduated from Sevastopol High School with the Class of 1959. Ronald worked at Bay Shipbuilding for many years until his retirement. He enjoyed hunting, gardening, and adored his border collie, Emmy.
Ronald will be missed by his children, Tami (Michael) DalSanto, Randy (Paula) Willman, and Kelli (Russ) Bowling, all of Sturgeon Bay; grandchildren, Matthew (Jamie) DalSanto, Nicholas (Thanh) DalSanto, Stephanie (Brad) Brown, Christian DalSanto, Maxwell DalSanto, and Ashley (Jesse) Janssen; great-grandchildren, Viviana, Vince, Clark, Landon, and Olivia; and very special friend, Sharon Kessen.
Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, Lester and Fay Willman.
In honor of his wishes, no formal services will be held. Ronald will be laid to rest near his family in Bayside Cemetery. Memorial donations can be made in his name to Door CANcer, Inc. or the Wisconsin Humane Society Door County Campus.
